Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Pet food and consumables.
• Customized products.

Process:

1. Email support@petstoy.top with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item back to our return address.
3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
